Complete go faster engines for Lambrettas!!

I'm now offering the option to either upgrade your existing 125/150/175/200 Lambretta engine or purchase a completely new and upgraded 200cc unit ready to drop straight into your frame. These engines have been completely rebuilt using all new seals and gaskets, clutch plates, springs, decent quality high load bearings, race specification crankshaft and 12V electronic ignition. 

Lambretta 200cc engines fitted with AF Rayspeed TS1 or Rapido kits

The Rapido kit is an aluminium cylinder with an integrated steel liner which protrudes into ports and cannot be removed. The aluminium is purely the cooling jacket so there is no possibility of leakage as with an iron liner conversion and unlike the TS1 conversion this kit is reboreable, with over size pistons available.

AF Rapido 200/225 cylinder Specifications

  • Air-cooled aluminium cylinder with steel liner offers better cooling and increased reliability
  • Both 200cc and 225cc cylinders are reboreable
  • Best quality Italian Asso piston with two 1.5mm chrome piston rings

  • 200cc version measures 66mm in diameter, whilst the 225cc is 70mm

  • TS1 transfer ports with 4 transfer outlets

  • Fully tuned to stage 4 plus

  • No frame modifications required

TS1 200/225 cylinder Specifications

  • Air-cooled aluminium cylinder with Nicasil bore.
  • Available in 200 or 225 capacities, with the latter having a race specification 70mm piston.
  • Reed valve induction.
  • Battery tray has to be removed as the inlet manifold comes out of engine side of the machine. 
  • Guaranteed performance, tried, tested and tuned for many years.

All engines are rebuilt using the following components:

  • High specification clutch plates 

  • Strengthened clutch springs

  • All bearings replaced with high quality, high load versions

  • All gaskets replaced 

  • All oil seals replaced

  • Strengthened top chain guide

  • 12V electronic ignition kit inc. stator plate, HT coil, AC regulator, flywheel, cowling (to accommodate larger fins)

  • Race specification crankshaft (58 mm or 62 mm)

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • Higher specification crank ( guaranteed to12,000rpm), larger big end needle rollers, wider big end and stronger con rod. Available in 54mm (£170) or 58mm, 60mm and 62mm (£135) with standard 107mm rod or 116mm rod. 

  • 48mm Ancillotti exhaust

  • PM Tuning PM28 expansion exhaust 

  • Fresco 48mm RC expansion exhaust 

  • N.K expansion exhaust 

  • Taffspeed expansion exhaust

Lambretta 125/150/175cc engines fitted with Imola 185 or Monza 200/215 kit

 

  • Aluminium cylinder nicasil lined cylinder available in either of the following capacities.
    IMOLA 185/200cc OR MONZA 200/215cc 

For 125-150-175 cc crank cases
IMOLA 185 64x58mm actual capacity 186 cc 
MONZA 200 66x58mm actual capacity 198 cc
MONZA 215 66x62mm actual capacity 213 cc (available shortly)

  • Aluminium Inlet Manifold with carbon fibre reed valves

  • Lightened 64mm diameter SX/GP piston with two 1mm S10 cast iron chrome piston rings. Piston clearance is 6/100 (+/- 1/100) and these have been modified around the skirt to accommodate the reed valve. Available to fit either LI (110mm) or TV (115mm).

  • Re-profiled cylinder head (provides 10% extra compression over standard)

  • 42mm exhaust manifold

All engines are rebuilt using the following components:

  • Drive and magneto side bearings replaced with high quality, high load versions

  • All gaskets replaced

  • All oil seals replaced

  • Strengthened top chain guide

  • Race specification crankshaft (58 mm or 62 mm)

  • 28mm Dellorto VHSA carburetor

  • 42mm diameter big bore exhaust
