Complete go faster engines
for Lambrettas!!

I'm now offering the option to either
upgrade your existing 125/150/175/200 Lambretta engine or
purchase a completely new and upgraded 200cc unit ready to drop
straight into your frame. These engines have been completely rebuilt
using all new seals and gaskets, clutch plates, springs,
decent quality high load bearings, race specification
crankshaft and 12V electronic ignition.
Lambretta 200cc engines
fitted with AF Rayspeed TS1 or Rapido kits
The Rapido kit is an aluminium cylinder with
an integrated steel liner which protrudes into ports and
cannot be removed. The aluminium is purely the cooling jacket
so there is no possibility of leakage as with an iron liner
conversion and unlike the TS1 conversion this kit is
reboreable, with over size pistons available.
AF Rapido 200/225 cylinder Specifications
- Air-cooled aluminium cylinder with steel liner
offers better cooling and increased reliability
- Both 200cc and 225cc cylinders are
reboreable

quality Italian Asso piston with two 1.5mm chrome piston
rings

66mm in diameter, whilst the 225cc is 70mm

200/225 cylinder Specifications
- Air-cooled aluminium
cylinder with Nicasil bore.
- Available in 200 or 225
capacities, with the latter having a race specification
70mm piston.
- Reed valve induction.
- Battery tray has to be
removed as the inlet manifold comes out of engine side of
the machine.
- Guaranteed performance, tried,
tested and tuned for many years.

Aluminium Inlet Manifold with carbon fibre reed valves

Lightened 64mm diameter SX/GP piston with two
1mm S10 cast iron chrome piston rings. Piston clearance is 6/100
(+/- 1/100) and these have been modified around the skirt to accommodate the reed valve. Available to fit either
LI (110mm) or TV (115mm).
