K23 needle
(clip in middle position, top = leaner)
main = 150
pilot = 40
The pilot
jets range from 35 to 100 in
one size increments. Be careful that reduction of the pilot jet does
not require an increase in needle jet as these do create an overlap.
Slow running cd1atomiser (fitted as std.) affects idle and up to 1/3 throttle.
Alternatively
try the following richer configuration:
needle jet
= DQ264
K5 needle (clip in top
position)
main = 142
pilot = 40
OR richer

This
leaves the mid range pretty rich, if the bike splutters and 4 strokes

may even need to go down to a 107 needle jet. Always start
off rich to be safe. |
